About the Course
This is the third of three courses that teaches physicians and other health care providers how to conduct goals of care conversations with seriously ill patients using the REMAP framework (Reframe, Emotion, Map Values, Align with Values, Propose a Plan). This course focuses on aligning with a patient’s values and proposing a plan. When you register for a class you will be prompted to login.
If you do not have a WLA user account, follow the instructions on the login screen to create an account.
