This class teaches the basics of lean, how they apply to your work, and how to assess your workplace for how close you are to meeting lean ideals by using an interactive activity with LEGOS.
It is highly recommended that participants complete the WLA virtual class "Lean Fundamentals" before attending this in-person workshop. Instructors will assume that participants are familiar with the virtual class content.
When you register for a class you will be prompted to login. If you do not have a WLA user account, follow the instructions on the login screen to create an account. You can then register for a class after the account creation process is complete.
