About the Course

People often leap into implementing change without fully understanding the complexity of their situation and the root causes of their problem. Assessing the current state is a critical first step to take before you tackle quality improvement. This course will provide the learner with tools and a framework to effectively understand your current state in all of its complexity.

 


When you register for a class you will be prompted to login. If you do not have a WLA user account, follow the instructions on the login screen to create an account. You can then register for a class after the account creation process is complete.
