This course contains education that is to be completed before N-95 respirator fitting can occur for non-UPMC employees, such as students or contract employees. UPMC employees with an employee ID should NOT complete this course, but refer to the course of the same title in HR Direct Learning.

The OSHA questionnaire needs to be completed on a UPMC network computer.  

You must read all instructions on the Course Overview page before continuing to the course content after registering for this course.

** When opening the course, you may see Complete immediately. You must still enter the Course Content page within the course and complete the OSHA Respirator Questionnaire after completing the course and knowledge assessment to obtain a link to schedule your fit testing appointment.
